SharePoint Fest Denver 2011 Demo Materials

Sharepoint Fest Denver 2011Last week (May 19-20) I spoke at SharePoint Fest Denver 2011 and also got to attend quite a few other sessions, which were, of course, educational and enjoyable.

I have posted two solutions files (WSPs) for SharePoint 2010 to my Sympraxis Consulting Demos site which contain the two main demos I showed in my Developing in SharePoint’s Middle Tier session.

<UPDATE dateTime=”2011-05-24T12:54″>I’ve uploaded a SharePoint 2007 analog to the 2010 solutions I used in Denver as well. It’s an earlier version without a few of the bells, but most of the whistles are there.</UPDATE>

Thanks to all who attended my session, took the time to chat in the halls, or sat down for a deep discussion during the conference.

David Wilhelm and the team from Ameriteach did a great job as usual, and from what I could tell everyone found the entire conference to be useful and fun – a great combination!

  1. Thanks for sharing, curious to see your second example (Budget) here.

And something totally unrelated to SharePoint, but as a Schnitzel lover (and a German….), I have to do a small correction:
the correct spelling is Wienerschnitzel actually, meaning Viennese Schnitzel. Wien is how you call Vienna in German, so Wiener is basically something/someone from Vienna. But enough of that, will install the .wsp during the next few days once I’ve got time

Have a thought or opinion?
